How do I sign up?
Click on Sign Up on the navigation bar, and fill in your details. Your company email will be your username when logging in. A link will be sent to your email to verify your account.

The Profile Tab is the tab which drops down when you click on your name on the Navigation Bar. You can access your Profile, Bookmarks, Transactions, Resources, Messages, Support Tickets, as well as Logout through it.
Are there any hidden fees/cost I will incur by using this platform?
No. This service is completely free.
Why do I need to verify my account?
This is to ensure that you have entered the accurate email address, and verify that you are the owner of the email address.
Can I login if I don't verify my account?
No, you will be prompted to verify your email address first.
How do I resend the verification email?
Go to the Login page and click on Verify Here. Key in the email that you signed up with and click the 'Resend Email Verification' button. The verification email will be resent to your inbox. Please check your spam/junk folder if you still do not receive the verification email, or request for assistance with the Support Ticket function.
Why do I have to use my company email address?
Just as you will use your company email address to liaise with other companies, it will be more professional and convenient to receive all communication and notifications with your company email instead of your personal email.
What is my Business Registration Number?
This is your company's Unique Entity Number (UEN) and is usually a 9-digit number. For more information or to find your company's UEN, refer to https://www.uen.gov.sg
How many users can join per company?
There is no limit to the number of users per company. However, only the first user who signs up as a member becomes a 'Pioneer' member, and is able to edit the company profile.
